REPRESENTATIVEPOSITION DESCRIPTION:
Customer service representatives serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. CSRs are responsible for handling incoming calls and directing the clients to the designated tax office locations. They are also responsible for handling client questions regarding their tax returns while ensuring high level customer service. Successful candidates MUST be capable to perform above and beyond their management expectations to ensure clients are extremely satisfied with our service.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Handling inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis in very fast paced work environment
-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
-Opens customer account by recording account information into CRM
-Maintain customer records by updating account information
-Resolve products or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
-Recommends potential products or
services
to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
-Be able to meet daily goals which include scheduling client appointments, making follow up phone calls, and contributing to a successful daily CRM report.
-Report to Team Leader/Team Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Service minded with pleasant phone etiquette;
-Must have excellent: written & verbal communication, organization and prioritization skills.
-Enthusiastic, upbeat customer-focused attitude with the ability to listen to and empathize with the customer.
-Computer literate with Microsoft Windows & Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.); Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, preferred.
-Ideal candidate would possess two (1) year of experience within a customer service high-volume
call center
. Prior
telemarketing
and/or sales a plus.
-Must have a strong understanding of why retaining a customer is so important to Instant Tax Service.
-Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
