Our office is located in Oak Park.
Our office is open 8:45 A.M. - 5:15 P.M. Monday - Friday.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.

## Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Office Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. ## Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
## As an Agent Team Member, you will receive
Salary plus commission/bonus
## Requirements
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Organizational skills
Detail oriented
Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Property & Casualty license (must have currently)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
